To wear or not to wear shorts??

Jeans are the new mini black dress, what about the shorts? And here is the biggest dilemma, are they proper, formal and smart enough for work?
My answer would be,Yessss! if you combine it with a shirt or a blazer..
This is the Friday's look No meeting and it is almost weekend..The plan is clear..a little shopping in Nisantası dinner at Quick China then heading to enjoying some drinks with friends..So in love with fridays. :))

The weekend is over and now there is another rush week.. Wish you a delicious week!!

hello guys!!!

I'm back in town just after 2 weeks moving to Istanbul..I will share soon all the updates about
Istanbul . My office, my lovely flat and the fabulous neighbourhood..
Hopefull I will keep posting in Istanbul more often.

A weekend in Istanbul that I have been craving for a long time..Although the weather was not helping for a perfect holiday, it was soooo nice to see my dearest friends and spend the whole time together while enjoying the city..wish you a wonderful week!!

Haftasonunu İstanbul'da geçirmek uzun zamandır beklediğim bir şeydi. Hava muhteşem olmasa da arkadaşlarımla beraber çoook keyifli zaman geçirdik ve ne yazık ki 2 gün cabucak geçti.

I'm a very quickshoper. Generally it takes less than 10 minutes to find something to buy in a store whether it is shoe, dress or accessories..Two months ago I had my biggest shopping dilemma; buying the high heeled black one (it is absolutely gorgeous) or the blue one with shorter heel (not as beautiful as the black one but it is way more comfortable).

I've seen these shoes on some of my favorites bloggers and I had been waiting for them for a long time.

After a long consideration I ended up with buying the blue one. It is so comfortable and I can wear it to any occasion with jeans or a nice dress. However, I could not stop thinking of the black one.

In the end I got them too :)) Does it happen to you, too?

Genelde çok hızlı alışveriş yaparım. Alacağım şey ne olursa olsun (elbise, ayakkabı, aksesuar..) onu bulmam ve satın almam genelde 10 dakikayı bile bulmaz. Ancak 2 ay önce hiç de alışık olmadığım bir olay yaşadım. Daha önce takip ettiğim bir kaç blogger'da da gördüğüm bu aykkabıları Zara'da bulmayı uzun süredir bekliyordum. Kısa topuklu mavi renkli olanını gördüğümde ise karar vermek çok zor oldu. En sonunda, daha rahat giyebileceğimi düşündüğümden mavi olanı almaya karar verdim..Ancak siyah olanı da bir türlü aklımdan çıkmadı. Yapacak bir şey yoktu..

last day in Bath

After a loooong time I could write on my blog again..When I came back form UK, I was so busy that I did not find any time to upload new posts. Also the weather was afwul that we could not go out to take pictures..
Now it is April.:))) Who doesn't love spring?
After all those cold and snowy days you can get rid of  layered outfits and get a space in your closet for full of colorful summer clothes. I already purchased the hottest pieces of spring and I can not wait to show them to you..
Here is the last post of UK. the last day we spent in Bath..Shopping and enjoying the nice warm weather.. It was a great holiday but in the end it was so sad to say goodbye to Barış Yesim, Hektor and of course Tutku..

Uzun bir aradan sonra nihayet bloguma tekrar yazabiliyorum. Ingiltere'den döndükten sonra o kadar yoğun haftalar geçirdim ki bilgisayarımın başına geçip blogumu güncelleyemedim. Havaların da soğuk ve yağmurlu olması fotoğraf çekimini etkiledi tabi. Böyle olunca araya uzuuuun bir zaman girdi..
Nihayet Nisan geldi ve ilkbaharı hissetmeye başladık..Şimdi kışın giydiğiniz kat kat giysilerden kurtulma ve dolabınızda renk renk (özellikle bu sezon her şey renk renk) kıyafetlere yer açma vakti..
Ben şimdiden bu yazın en gözde ve eğlenceli parçalarından almayı ihmal etmedim..Aldıklarımı size göstermek için sabırsızlanıyorum ancak Ankara'da havalar halen bir parça soğuk bu nedenle bugün Bath'da geçirdiğim son güne ait fotografları sizlerle paylaşıyorum..
Bath'da geçirdiğimiz muhteşem tatilden sonra Barış, Yeşim, Hektor ve tabiki Tutku'ya veda etmek çok üzücüydü:((..

another day in Bath..

This is a beautiful small city that keeps you busy with its nice view of  hills and downs, fantastic restaurants and bars, nice designer boutiques, canal and riverside walks..The last time when I was here I visited  all the museums, the Roman baths and of course the Stonehenge.

This time I almost spent all the time touring the city and shopping.Its been nearly a week and I still can not get enough of the city. The day starts with a big breakfast. After touring the stores its time to get a quick lunch. In the end of the day Yesim, Barıs, Ates and me enjoy the dinner together..It is really a holiday to me. What about you? Swarovski event in the boutique

Last friday we had the spring/summer collection presentation in the boutique. Valued customers were invited for this exclusive event. After the presentation of the new collection jewellery with a runway show the guests were invited to enjoy delicious canepes, macarons with wine.
Here is the outfit I chosed for the event. Among my black dresses, this is one of my favorites. Hope you like it as well.
Of course I pick my jewellery from the new collection of Swarovski.

I love maxi skirts..It is definitely a must have item for summers..This season, there are also different models of maxi skirts for the winter as well.  It is not a very good choice to wear it during cold, snowy or rainy weather so you should wait for the right time. This weekend was not rainy at all so I put on my recently purchased grey skirt and took some pictures for you.

For a change I took the pictures at METU where I spent wonderful years studying. Every spot has a memory for me so I love spending time there.

Uzun etekleri hep çok sevmişimdir. Özellikle yaz aylarının vazgeçilmezleridir. Bu sezon bir çok markada farklı uzun etek seçenekler mevcuttu. Ankara'nın karlı, yağmurlu soğuk havasına çok uygun olduğunu düşünmediğimden kısa zaman öncesine kadar direnmiştim yaza kadar beklemeye. Ta ki geçen hafta Ipekyol indiriminde bu eteği bulana kadar. İndirimde olmasının yanında bahar aylarında da giymeye uygun olduğu için hemen aldım.

Bu hafta bir değişiklik yaptık ve fotoğrafları ODTU'de çektik. ODTÜ, okuduğum okul olmasının yanında çok güzel anılarımın olduğu özel bir yerdir.
