It was an amazing sunday..
The day started with brunch with Begum. ( one of my closest friends that I haven't seen for a long time..There was a lot to talk and share.The time we spent was definitely priceless..
Then I met my  friends celebrating birthday at a park..There we could take so many pictures.
The day ended after meeting some other friends in a restaurant..

weekend in Istanbul

A weekend in Istanbul that I have been craving for a long time..Although the weather was not helping for a perfect holiday, it was soooo nice to see my dearest friends and spend the whole time together while enjoying the city..wish you a wonderful week!!

Haftasonunu İstanbul'da geçirmek uzun zamandır beklediğim bir şeydi. Hava muhteşem olmasa da arkadaşlarımla beraber çoook keyifli zaman geçirdik ve ne yazık ki 2 gün cabucak geçti.

It was love at first sight..After I saw these beauties, I could not take them out of my mind.  There was no way but to get them as soon as possible. I'm sure we will live happly ever after :))

During the weekend the weather was so nice. It is sad that I  could not find enough time to go out and enjoy the daytime..We took the pictures when we went out to get a present and the cake for Gizem's birthday.

In the evening first we had a big family dinner for my grandmother's 90 th birtday, then I went to Gizem's  party..

Haftasonu hava çok güzeldi..İş ve onca yapılacak şey arasında güzel havanın tadını çıkaramamak ise çok üzücüydü. Hediye, pasta derken arada kısacık bir fotograf cekimine zaman ayırabildik.

Spring in England, finally.. The weather is so nice that we spent nearlyt the whole day by the river. It was also great to enjoy our take away lunch outside..

You know that I'm a huge fan of accessories. I love buying different rings and earrings. These vintage looking heart shaped earrings are the best favorite purchases of the day..

first day in Bath

First day in Bath..Last time when I was in England, it was extremely cold so I could not enjoy hanging around in Bath and London. This time we are luckier that the weather was like spring on saturday. We walked through the Southgate Center and Royal Crescent. There we played with Hektor and enjoyed the sun in the beautiful garden of Royal Crecsent.

After a quick lunch, I was longing for shopping. Topshop, River Island were some of the British brands that we do not have in Turkey but I like so much. Of course I did not miss to visit my favorites stores like H&M and Accessorize either. The stores are closed around 6pm so there was not much time to visit all of them. I'm planning a second shopping tour for this week and I will definitely show you my purchases soon.

Bath'da ilk günüm. İngiltere'ye bir önceki gelişimde hava inanılmaz soğuktu bu yüzden zamanımızın çoğunu kapalı yerlerde geçirmek zorunda kalmıştık. Bu sefer çok daha şanslıyız çünkü cumartesi tam bir ilkbahar günüydü.

Southgate Center'dan Royal Crecsent'a yürüdükten sonra, Hektor'la Royal Crecsent'ın muhteşem bahçesinde bol bol oynadık.

Öğleden sonra birşeyler atıştırıp mağazaları gezmeye başladım. Türkiye'de bir zamanlar olup sonrasında kapanan Topshop ve River Island'ı hep çok sevmişimdir. İlk durağım ikisi oldu. Oradan da Accessorize ve H&M gibi her zaman keyifle gezdiğim mağazalara gittim. Bu çabuk alışveriş turunda aldıklarımı en yakın zamanda göstereceğim.

last winter post in Turkey, hopefully

I worked during the weekend, when I'm done with work on sunday afternoon, the weather was so ugly that I don't feel like going out and taking pictures.
For me the only thing about winter is to go skiing and snowing during the new years eve..
What about you? are you a winter or a summer person? Or you enjoy most the freshness of spring or the romance of autumn?
Hope you enjoy the last winter pictures..I will be in UK next week for holiday. Hopefully when I come back it will be spring in Ankara.

Pazar öğleden sonra işten çıktığımda hava o kadar kötüyüdü ki, evden çıkmak içimizden gelmedi. (zeynep ve ben) dolayısıyla planladığımız fotoğraf çekimini de yapamadık.
Baharın gelmesini beklerken, bu sabah da karlı bir havaya uyanmak hiç hoşuma gitmedi. Kayak yapmak da olmasa kış hiç çekilmez..
Peki ya siz benim gibi yaz insanı mısınız yoksa tam tersi mi? Bir yerde çoğu insanın en sevdiği mevsimin son bahar olduğunu okumuştum. Bu genel bir depresyon hali mi yoksa gerçekten sonbaharın insana huzur veren sakinliği mi?
